In the future, traffic congestion and its
environmental effects will be so bad, that no government will be able to
ignore it. Cars as a means of transportation are increasingly becoming
unviable and their negatitve effects too high.
For this reason governments are planning to build 400kmh+ Magnetic
Levitation trains, that can compete with airlines to get passengers to the
centres of cities quickly and with minimum environmental damage. My design of Maglev has gull wing doors, enabling rapid embarkation and
disembarkation at stations, low wind profiles and hence greater speed and
effeciency.
The concept can also be used on conventional trains to speed up
services- please contact me to discuss any aspect of this
design. Principally it is meant for short busy runs between large cities up to
500km apart.
This design is based on a dream I had.
