Logan and Jessica worked their way through the jungle towards the Capitol Building. Surely that is where Ballard would be!
The building was covered in vines and looked as if no-one had been near it in a hundred years.
Climbing the steps to the building, they heard a sound. A greying man came out to meet them. It was Ballard.
He directed them on the path to the final stage in the Sanctuary trail, Cape
